I didn't have much sewing time last week but I did manage to finish two more of these groccerie bags and I have many many project bags that are almost finish.
La semaine dernier je n'ai pas eu beaucoup de temps pour coudre mais j'ai quand même réussi de terminer ces deux sacs. J'ai aussi plusieurs sacs de tricots à terminer. A suivre

The perfect bag
I know, another groccerie bag, but I just love making them. This really is the perfect bag and the perfect size. Just before we went on holiday I had some time to make the larger version of the Keyka Lou Groccerie bag and I'm very happy with it. I used it as a beach bag and a groccerie bag while on holiday. I'll be making many more of these.

Medium sized groccerie bag
Medium sized and mini groccerie bag
Over the weekend I finally had some time to finish the medium sized groccerie bag that I cut out last week. I wanted to compare the sizes and now I just have to make the large one. I promise that I will show you something other than groccerie bags later in the week, but I just love making these.
I changed the pattern a bit. I

Couture anglaise: Part 1
French seams/ couture anglaises
Waiting to be sewed
Today I quickly (45 minutes) sewed up this lovely bag in preparation for an afternoon of sewing with some friends tomorrow. I'm going to demonstrate french seams to them and this seemed like the perfect project. I used a coupon of Kaffe Fassett fabric that I got from a friend. I really wanted to make something pretty out of this fabric

Mini groccerie bag
Today I finished this lovely mini groccerie bag. I've been wanting to make this for a longtime. The pattern is available here on the Keyka Lou Blog. This is so fun and easy to make.
I took my bag out for a test run this afternoon and I just love it. I got so many compliments on the Paris underground. I see many more of these bags in the future.
Keyka Lou will be releasing a new version of this

A new batch
Last week I had a good sewing week. I managed to make 10 new project bags. My goal each week is to make at least 5.
Here is a closer look at them:
Most of the fabric comes from Yodoya, rue St. Glles in Paris.
Dimensions: 24cm by 25cm, perfect for smaller sized knitting projects.
